The price includes:

* a horse and saddle for riding

* A minibus to carry your luggage from pension to pension
* Meals and accommodation during the hike from dinner day 1 to breakfast day 4(picnics for lunch and  hot meals prepared in the evenings)

Day 1 :  We’ll head of from Avanos through the Dereyamanli valley with a 6th century church and magnificent fairy chimneys.  We’ll reach the rocky outcrop of Uçhisar for a great panoramic view over the area.  We’ll spend the night in a family pension.  6 hours of riding.

Day 2 :  We’ll ride down the Pancarlik valley in the direction of Ürgüp.  Just before the village, we’ll fork off towards the rocky outcrop of Ortahisar. We’ll then follow a track through the vineyards through some of the most spectacular landscapes of the area in the valleys of KiliçlarMeskendirKizilçukur and Güllüdere to the village of Çavusin. We’ll spend the night in a pension of the village. 5 hours of riding.

Day 3 : We’ll pass in front of  the cliff of the impressive abandoned rock village, which harbours the 6th century church of John Baptist and then follow a small goat’s track leads us up to a high and to the valley of Pasabagi with its multiple fairy chimneys.   Passing through the village of Yeni Aktepe, we’ll ride through the amazing fairy chimney valley of Devrent to the 13th century caravanserai of Sarihan.  After visiting the caravanserai, we’ll follow a dry riverbed and then the banks of the  longest river of Turkey, Kizilirmak, back to Avanos. 6-7 hours riding. Night in a pension in the village.
